The villa is in the particularly quiet residential area of Santa Ninfa, 25 minutes by car from the archeological park of Selinunte. The nearest market shop is only 10 minutes on foot.

Particularly pleasant are the external areas of the house with two gardens: the front garden with palms and subtropical plants, and the rear garden with typical mediterranean plants. The gardens are a perfect place to organize a barbeque dinner.

The villa is set on three levels. The part you can rent is the ground floor. The ground floor apartment is fully furnished and includes:

• 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds
• 1 living room with 1 double sofa bed
• 1 fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, kitchen utensils.
• 1 bathroom with washing machine and laundry facilities
• 1 shower room

There are two independent entrances: one to the living room and one to the kitchen.

Santa Ninfa - Selinunte area

The villa holds a strategic position to allows you to combine the convenience of living a relaxing holiday and, at same time, of visiting all the artistic and natural beauties of the western Sicily.

In fact from the villa you can visit:

• Selinunte (25 minutes by car), the biggest archeological park in Europe. The park is inside a beautiful natural reserve on the coast with golden sand beaches that look over the African sea, suitable for swimming and snorkeling.
• Tre Fontane (25 minutes by car), a touristic beach resort renowned for its night life.
• Pozzitello (25 minutes by car), a windy beach resort ideal for windsurfing.
• Mazara del Vallo (30 minutes by car), a sea town renowned for its fishing activity and nighlife.
• Segesta (30-35 minutes by car), an ancient greek town famous for its greek temple, greek theatre and thermal baths.
• Montevago (25 minutes by car), a thermal bath resort.
• Gibellina (10 minutes by car), a village destroyed by an earthquake in 1968 to be rebuilt and designed by many of the most prominent artists and architects in Italy like Alberto Burri, Ludovico Corrao and Pietro Consagra.
• Marsala (50 minutes by car), famous for its wines form this town you can visit the nearby natural reserve of the Stagnone Lagoon with its tiny islands.
• Castellammare del Golfo and Scopello (35 minutes by car), suggestive sea resorts for scuba diving and relaxing on the beach.
• Natural Reserve of Zingaro (35 minutes by car), this reserve is the home of flora and fauna typical of Sicily.
• Palermo, Trapani and Erice (1 hour by car).

How to reach the property from the Palermo airport (Falcone Borsellino):

• Take the A29 toward Mazara del Vallo.
• After about 60 km, take the exit to Santa Ninfa.
• After few meters from the exit, turn left and head toward CastelVetrano (SS 119).
• Stop at the first petrol station on the left.
• From the petrol station parking call us using the number you have received by our email to get the keys and to be accompanied to the villa.

On request it’s possible to have an extra cleaning service at 15 euros per hour. For safety reasons children under 10 are not admitted. For the use of the heating in wintertime (from 1st October to 30th April) there’s an extra charge of € 60 per week. Small pets are allowed. On request we organize the transfer from/to the airport by private car with driver (maximum 4 persons) at an extra cost of € 100 for each transfer. On request you can have a woman cook, € 25 for lunch or dinner.
